I have worked in Public Health for 15years, I am passionate about health and wellbeing and supporting people to make a positive difference to their heath and quality of life. I specialise in exercise for people with long term health conditions and feel very fortunate to lead the Weight Management and Exercise Referral team.

I help clients to lose weight and increase & improve their fitness and activity levels. I am qualified in Cardiac Rehab, Exercise For Stroke, Tai Chi, Postural Stability & Escape Pain for Knee and Hip Pain. t’s really satisfying seeing clients improve themselves, both physically and mentally.

I have been working as a Lifestyle Advisor for more years than I like to say.

I have always enjoyed being instrumental in helping people achieve their goals, both mentally and physically. To see someone smile as they achieve is a great feeling. I enjoy teaching exercise and helping people to do things they thought was out of their reach. Plus, exercise is more fun than what people tell you!
