Nordic Walking for Beginners

Nordic Walking is a fun and social activity that uses specially designed walking poles utilising your upper body as well as your legs, giving you an effective all over workout.

Following on from the Nordic Beginners Sessions, we have a weekly Nordic Walk you can access. Please contact our team for further information.  

Four week training programme:

Victoria Park: Meet at Car Park near Mansion House Victoria Park WA10 2UE. 

Tuesday   4th June  1pm - 2pm
Tuesday 11th June  1pm - 2pm
Tuesday 18th June 1pm - 2pm
Tuesday 25th June 1pm - 2pm

Nordic Walking poles provided.
