Nordic Walking for Beginners

Nordic Walking is a fun and social activity that uses specially designed walking poles utilising your upper body as well as your legs, giving you an effective all over workout.

Following on from the Nordic Beginners Sessions, we have a weekly Nordic Walk you can access. Please contact our team for further information on 01744 371111.

Four week training programme 

Mondays 6 - 27 July Victoria Park 1pm-2pm
Mondays 5-26 October Victoria Park 1pm-2pm
