We have a FREE programme of support and offer different levels to cater for various abilities and fitness levels.

If you were attending one of our Wellbeing service face to face Pilates classes prior to Covid then please get in touch with us by telephone or email to let us know and your instructor will talk you through how to get set up.
Please note after speaking to you we may require a referral from your GP or health professional to support you to exercise safely. We look forward to welcoming you!
