DenisI have been with St Helens Wellbeing Service in the role of Health Trainer for almost 2 years. Prior to this I worked in customer facing roles in housing, financial services and social services. This previous experience ensures I provide clients with an individual and client centred service. The best part of the job I enjoy working within the community and meeting a broad range of clients. Each client is individual and I like listening to the clients when we meet so we can together identify and build the best plan to support their personal health and wellbeing goals. My top Tip Good health is about the mind as well as the body. Staying in good health is important to all members of the community as is learning how to take care of yourself physically and mentally. The Health check team will help support you in identifying local resources and services that can support you in meeting your goals. We also support you in developing your personalised health plan and motivate and support you over a 12 month period. |
