Circuits

Suitable for beginners/intermediate levels. It is a low impact exercise class to improve fitness, tone muscles and burn calories.

Locations:

Tai Chi

A gentle and slow martial art session. For people who want stress relief and relaxation. Helps to stabilise joints and strengthen muscles to improve mobility and prevent falls.

Exercise to Music

An exercise session to music aimed to those who are a little more mobile, this is a low impact class with lots of alternatives and variation.

Pilates - Prerecord

A fun yet relaxing session aimed at improving muscle tone and core stability.

Slim Gyms

Health advice and exercise for men, Circuit based. Open to all levels.

Heartsmart (12 week class)

Cardiac Phase IV Circuit based for individuals with a history of CHD. Individuals must be referred from Phase III or a health professional and be on the Lifestyle Referral pathway, after 12 weeks individuals will be supported to access wider activites.

Gentle Pace (12 week class)

Circuit based for individuals with a history of heart failure or respiratory conditions. Individuals must be referred from Phase III  or a health professional. After 12 weeks, individuals will be supported to access wider activities.
