Wellbeing Champion and Buddy Training at Stephenson House 21st March 2023
As part of collaborative working Ste and James delivered Wellbeing Champion and Buddy training to their peers from Extended Provision Day Opportunities at Stephenson House, working together to empower people to make long term positive lifestyle changes. Ste and James did a fantastic job sharing MECC (making every contact count) and the Wellbeing Service information, ensuring we can all work together to help people to’ feel better, live better ‘in our town. Taking messages home to friends, parents, carers and service users.
Feedback received.
Thank you to you all for this morning, for giving us the opportunity to take part in this, and pass on my sincere thanks to Ste & James, they were absolutely brilliant; it takes so much courage to speak at the front of the room to so many people (18). It is great for our young people to be able to see that working hard on the employment pathway does get you to where you want to be in the end.
Thanks again! Lisa Brown
