5 Ways to Wellbeing – Easy ways to be happier, healthier and more able to cope especially when things aren’t going great.
Stress and Anxiety – Recognise stress in yourself & others, strategies to help you cope and keep yourself well.
Basic Suicide Awareness – Identify who may be at risk, advice to talk about suicide, and connecting to support.
Basic Mental Health – Reducing stigma about mental health, raising awareness, how to keep well, and connecting to support.
