Do you want to get fit or more active? Then you're in the right place. We are running a 5 week plan to gradually build up your fitness in order to complete a 3K. This is a bit different though as you can complete the 3K by walking, running, cycling, in a wheelchair or any way that works for you! We will be with you every step of the way, to help build your stamina and achieve your goal. There will even be the opportunity to win a fitbit.
